Talk about dumb. This 16 year old cop killer got caught from the evidence he posted on Facebook. They should throw his ass under the jail. 
While making a traffic stop, this cops gets more than he expected. The driver who doesn't want to be handcuffed gets out and assaults the police officer. The cop will need surgery on his face. If the cop had step back and shot him would it have been wrong?
