Black History? No?

black history Read this entire article before you get pissed off. Do you think there should be a month dedicated to "black history"? Before you yell out "hell yeah" or something to that effect. Think about it. Isn't that a form of segregation? Why remove black history from American history? Only so blacks can learn it. What about everybody else? Now that you thought about it, black history should simply be American history (when it comes to the African American). Therefore it's in the American history books for all to read.

Hahahahaha!
Only thing I learned in school is, that they weren't trying to teach me anything.

My-Story is taught every day.

February is just so the Johnsons can give some advertising dollars from Nike, McDonald's, Target and GM to the hood for more Starvin' Marvin's, Check Cashing and schoolyard BBall courts.

Get your money where you can.

I dont think its a form of segregation, I think Black History month is so people don't forget the past. And for African Americans don't forget their heritage. Like without black history month, I probably would know as much as I do about my African American culture, because I'm so young and grew up in a prominently white area. I assume that Hispanic Heritage month does the same for Latinos and Latinas. American History is taught everywhere
